Placing An Order
You can place an order with us in the following ways:
All major credit/debit card (except American Express).
Data protection is guaranteed as we use the latest measures to secure the information when you shop with us. We don’t hold any credit/debit card information when you place an order as it goes straight to our payment gateway which means the only information we see are the details to process your transaction.
Collection From Shop
Want to get your item quick then you can come and pick up from our shop during opening times. To use this facility call us on 01920 466995 where stock availability will be checked, payment taken and a date/time of pick up agreed, you will have to provide ID upon collection.
Our opening times are Monday – Saturday 10am until 6pm.
All services used are via Royal Mail except for purchasing large items which will then be via ParcelForce. Please note that Next Day delivery services do not include items to be delivered on a Saturday.
Dispatch And Delivery
Unwanted Order – Changed Your Mind
Cancelling your order before dispatch – contact us on 01920 466995 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancelling after dispatch – contact us on 01920 466995 or email email@example.com to obtain your cancellation reference. Cancellations can only be accepted within 7 days of placing your order. We will advise the best method of returning your item(s) and the postage cost will be at your expense.
It is the customer's duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) while in their possession and to return it to us as soon as possible in the condition it was received.
Once the item(s) have been received back, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. This refund will not include any postage costs incurred.
Order Not Received
UK Customers – if you have not received your order within 7 working days of receiving your dispatch email please contact us on 01920 466995 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise accordingly.
Overseas Customers – if you have not received your order within 15 working days of receiving your dispatch email please email email@example.com and we will advise accordingly.
Even though all of our goods are brand new on occasions they may be faulty on arrival or produce a fault. If your item is faulty please contact us on 01920 466995 or email firstname.lastname@example.org where we can discuss further all options.
