TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Placing An Order

You can place an order with us in the following ways:

Payment Acceptance

All major credit/debit card (except American Express).  
Paypal.

On-Line Security

Data protection is guaranteed as we use the latest measures to secure the information when you shop with us.  We don’t hold any credit/debit card information when you place an order as it goes straight to our payment gateway which means the only information we see are the details to process your transaction.

Collection From Shop

Want to get your item quick then you can come and pick up from our shop during opening times.  To use this facility call us on 01920 466995 where stock availability will be checked, payment taken and a date/time of pick up agreed, you will have to provide ID upon collection.

Our opening times are Monday – Saturday 10am until 6pm.

Postal Services

All services used are via Royal Mail except for purchasing large items which will then be via ParcelForce.  Please note that Next Day delivery services do not include items to be delivered on a Saturday.

Dispatch And Delivery

Monday - Friday

Orders placed by 3pm will be dispatched same day subject to stock availability and security checks.  Orders placed after this time will be dispatched next day.

Saturday – Sunday

Orders placed will be dispatched on Monday (except Bank Holidays).

Bank Holidays  

Orders will be dispatched on next working day.

Unwanted Order – Changed Your Mind

Cancelling your order before dispatch – contact us on 01920 466995 or email us sales@hertsrcmodels.co.uk.

Cancelling after dispatch – contact us on 01920 466995 or email sales@hertsrcmodels.co.uk to obtain your cancellation reference.  Cancellations can only be accepted within 7 days of placing your order.  We will advise the best method of returning your item(s) and the postage cost will be at your expense.

It is the customer's duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) while in their possession and to return it to us as soon as possible in the condition it was received.

Once the item(s) have been received back, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.  This refund will not include any postage costs incurred.

 

Order Not Received

UK Customers – if you have not received your order within 7 working days of receiving your dispatch email please contact us on 01920 466995 or email sales@hertsrcmodels.co.uk and we will advise accordingly.

Overseas Customers – if you have not received your order within 15 working days of receiving your dispatch email please email sales@hertsrcmodels.co.uk  and we will advise accordingly.

Faulty Goods

Even though all of our goods are brand new on occasions they may be faulty on arrival or produce a fault.  If your item is faulty please contact us on 01920 466995 or email sales@hertsrcmodels.co.uk where we can discuss further all options.
