Postal Services
All services used are via Royal Mail Tracked 48 / 24 except for purchasing large items which will then be via ParcelForce. Some items will be Collection only due to the nature of the product.
Tuesday to Friday - Items placed by 3pm will be dispatched same day.
Friday to Monday – Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched on a Tuesday.
Returns/Unwanted/Changed your mind
We accept returns within 14 days of the order being delivered and as long as the item hasn't been damaged when opening and that it still has its original packaging.
We advise to return the item by a trackable method and once we have received the item back and have checked it we will then issue a full refund. Please note that the returning cost will be at the customer's expense.
