Placing an Order

Collection From Shop
Want to get your item quick then you can come and pick up from our shop during opening times. To use this facility call us on 01920 466995 where stock availability will be checked, payment taken and a date/time of pick up agreed, you will have to provide ID upon collection.
Shop Opening Times
Due to Covid 19 our shop opening has changed.
Upto 15th June we are open for collections only our times are Tuesday - Friday 10am until 3pm, Saturday 10am until 5pm.
Our current opening times are Tuesday – Saturday 10am until 6pm. We will be shut Christmas Day and Boxing Day. For up to date times etc please go to our Facebook page.
Unwanted Order – Changed Your Mind
Cancelling your order before dispatch – contact us on 01920 466995 or email us email@example.com.
Cancelling after dispatch – contact us on 01920 466995 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your cancellation reference. Cancellations can only be accepted within 7 days of placing your order. We will advise the best method of returning your item(s) and the postage cost will be at your expense.
It is the customer's duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) while in their possession and to return it to us as soon as possible in the condition it was received.
Once the item(s) have been received back, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. This refund will not include the return postage cost incurred.
Order Not Received
UK Customers – if you have not received your order within 7 working days of receiving your dispatch email please contact us on 01920 466995 or email email@example.com and we will advise accordingly.
Overseas Customers – if you have not received your order within 15 working days of receiving your dispatch email please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise accordingly.
Even though all of our goods are brand new on occasions they may be faulty on arrival or produce a fault. If your item is faulty please contact us on 01920 466995 or email email@example.com we can discuss further all options.
