Refund policy

Unwanted Order – Changed Your Mind

Cancelling your order before dispatch – contact us on 01920 466995 or email us sales@hertsrcmodels.co.uk.

Cancelling after dispatch – contact us on 01920 466995 or email sales@hertsrcmodels.co.uk to obtain your cancellation reference. Cancellations can only be accepted within 14 days of placing your order.  We will advise the best method of returning your item(s) and the postage cost will be at your expense.

It is the customer's duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) while in their possession and to return it to us as soon as possible in the condition it was received.

Once the item(s) have been received back, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.  This refund will not include the return postage cost incurred.

Faulty Goods

Even though all of our goods are brand new on occasions they may be faulty on arrival or produce a fault.  If your item is faulty please contact us on 01920 466995 or email sales@hertsrcmodels.co.ukwhere we can discuss further all options.
