Placing an Order

Overseas Customers

Please note that you may be charged further duty when receiving your parcel.

Payment acceptance

All major credit/debit card (except American Express) and Paypal.

Collection From Shop

Want to get your item quick then you can come and pick up from our shop during opening times.  To use this facility call us on 01920 466995 where stock availability will be checked, payment taken and a date/time of pick up agreed, you will have to provide ID upon collection.

Shop Opening Times

Our opening times are Tuesday – Saturday 10am until 5pm.  We will be shut Christmas Day and Boxing Day.  For up to date times etc please go to our Facebook page.

Order Not Received

UK Customers – if you have not received your order within 7 working days of receiving your dispatch email please contact us on 01920 466995 or email sales@hertsrcmodels.co.uk and we will advise accordingly.

Overseas Customers – if you have not received your order within 15 working days of receiving your dispatch email please email sales@hertsrcmodels.co.uk and we will advise accordingly.
